I have been able to reassess some of my behaviours around challenging situations. With Doug’s guidance, I have identified ways to overcome situations by adapting my behaviours to certain workbased situations.
Personally, this has helped me realise that I need to explore the opportunities open to me further and to use my skills more effectively. I have also become more confident in upward management and this has already led to results in a key area where I have been able to influence a decision made at executive level.
